Earlier, a report in response to (Lake Powell officials face an impossible choice in the West's mega drought: Water or electricity) This report by René Marsh, CNN was prepared in the same network, water was prepared and presented, the dam officials in the following year reviewed my 7 proposed solutions and then approved and implemented my two solutions for this water stress in the Glen Canyon Dam.
