LG introduces water dispenses with UVnano technology

LG seeks to assuage COVID-19 fears with their new LG Instaview refrigerator fitted with UVnano technology. The newest model from the popular Instaview line incorporates UVnano technology in its built-in water dispenser. It operates once every hour to remove “up to 99.9 percent of bacteria” such as E. coli, staph, and pseudomonas aeruginosa (which can cause pneumonia) on the refrigerator’s dispenser tap. You can also activate UVnano whenever you want with the press of a button for peace of mind. With it, you can always feel confident that the water you drink is always pure and clean down to the very last drop.

Aside from the addition of UVnano, the new Instaview is also slimmer and more compact than the usual Instaview. It sports a sleek and premium design with LG Matte Black, providing a modern, upscale look. The panels inside are made of stainless steel to reflect the modern look while helping maintain cold temperatures at the same time. With it, you can knock twice to see what’s inside without opening the door, preventing cold air loss. Linear Cooling reduces temperature fluctuations inside the refrigerator, keeping food at the peak of freshness for up to 7 days. Door Cooling cools rapidly and evenly from front to back evenly. Hygiene Fresh minimizes odor through a carbon filtration system, keeping the air inside fresh at all times. LG ThinQ allows you to remotely manage key features of your fridge with Wi-Fi. It even notifies users when the door is left open.

LG’s Instaview refrigerators use an Inverter Linear Compressor that utilizes streamlined components which has less friction points, thereby lessening the risk of breaking down. It also saves up to 32% more energy than a conventional compressor. Moreover, LG’s compressor is backed by a 10-year warranty that gives you peace of mind with your investment.

This new LG Instaview with UVnano technology will be available in stores by May 2021.
