Odour Treatment Partnership with BioAir

Company Has Delivered Advanced Green Technology for Reducing Odours and Hydrogen Sulfide Emissions from Australian Wastewater Treatment Plants

Australian water and wastewater technology provider Aquatec-Maxcon Group has partnered with the company for the new innovation.

Tooheys brewery in Sydney, New South Wales, will use BioAir's biotrickling filter technology solution, featuring EcoBase structured synthetic media, to manage its industrial emissions and remove odours from the facility.

EcoBase structured synthetic media, which is an essential component of the biotrickling filter technology, is claimed to remove more than 99.9% H2S odours from the airstreams of WWTP.

The company claims that EcoBase can operate for more than 20 years delivering uniform performance, both across the media bed and throughout the life of the system.

Municipal pump station in Redland City, south-east Queensland, will use BioAir's EcoCarb adsorptive media technology to eliminate odours from the facility.
