Pentair Launches Eeverpure Residential Filtration System to Reduce Emerging Contaminants in Drinking Water
Pentair will debut the H-300-NXT to its Everpure residential line of luxury water filtrationproducts at KBIS in Las Vegas, January 20-22, 2015.
One of the first products of its kind to achieve NSF /ANSI401 certification, the H-300-NXT reduces emerging contaminants like pharmaceuticals, over-the-countermedications, and chemical compounds like bisphenol A (BPA), that may be found in drinking water.
While the health risks associated with emerging contaminants are not yet well understood, the contaminantscovered in this new certification have been detected in drinking water supplies at trace levels.
"In an effort toprovide continued peace of mind to our customers, Pentair is pleased to be one of the first companies toreceive this certification," said James Franceschetti, channel marketing manager, Pentair Water Purification.
"We pride ourselves on providing quality water you can trust and believe this certification upholds our
commitment to customers and their families."
The H-300-NXT combines the tested performance of legacy Everpure water filtration products and cuttingedge technology to remove emerging contaminants.
In addition, its larger filter design provides greater dirtholdingcapacity, making it ideal for parts of the country where high silt content in water is a concern.
