Pentair launches Hypro 500 & 700 poly diaphragm pump series
The new poly diaphragm pumps have max flow rates of 15.6 gpm/59.1 lpm (9910-â€DP573) and 20.2 gpm/76.4 lpm (9910-â€DP763) with pressures to 290 psi/20 bar. Hypro's poly diaphragm pumps are built with external inlet and outlet manifolds that allow for easy valve replacement and lower cost repairs. The oil sight glass is located in a protected spot, positioned at the top of the pump body, reducing the chance for breakage.
Designed for harsh chemical applications
"These diaphragm pumps are built with polypropylene heads and manifolds for corrosion resistance and are designed for harsh chemical applications" says Karl Stoltenberg, Pentair Business Development Manager. "The three-â€cylinder design eliminates the need for pulsation dampening devices, and lengthens the life of the entire pumping system. These new models complement the current poly diaphragm pump offering of the 9910-â€DP423, 11 gpm pump, extending the range of chemical resistant pumps to cover the most popular application sizes"., adds Stoltenberg.
