Governments in India must enact law under criminal procedure code on persons / groups / organisations - preventing and polluting free flow of water in natural drainage channels like rivers and their tributaries, local nallas. This is being done by the influential people of society like politicians, government officials, industrialists, rich persons, government departments like PWD and railways by not providing culverts across roads, housing boards by constructing colonies in flow area, mining departments, and revenue departments. Natural water resources are in great danger. International and Indian organisations related with water must raise voice against such large-scale offences and for heavy punishments under law for depriving - the nation and people from natural resources.
