The Company has been in discussions with the McLamb Group senior partners for the past several months regarding the marketing of its products in regions where MLG has established strong governmental relationships. Mr. Kay Gille, McLamb Group Vice President, has recommended that Ghana would be the best suited geographic region for MLG to introduce the Company's products initially as MLG partners and staff are currently in Ghana attending a number of meetings with Senior Officials within various Government Ministries.

The introduction of Quest Water's products within the Country reinforces the Company's objective of marketing its products within Sub-Saharan Africa."
The Company's intentions are to formalize a marketing agreement with the MLG, having them represent Quest Water and its AQUAtap™ products in the countries where they have strong relations, while at the same time have them represent the Company's WEPS™ products under the proposed Joint Venture Marketing Agreement with Global Air Water Resources (GAWR) announced on April 21, 2014.
The McLamb Group has relationships with numerous government and civil agencies within Africa, most specifically Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
