I find that very strange that Estonia is supposed to be subject to more stress than Namibia according to this ranking. Furthermore Estonia is surrounded by countries that are not subject to much of significant water stress according to the same report, despite the fact that these countries ( Latvia?) share same climate, geographic location, agriculture, industry etc. Could anybody give more info on methodology?
