SePRO Corporation Acquires Resolve Hydro to Add Satellite Diagnostics to Digital Strategy

Carmel, IN, September 9, 2025 –  SePRO Corporation, a science-driven leader in water and land restoration, today announced the acquisition of Resolve Hydro, a company specializing in satellite-based diagnostics for harmful algal blooms (HABs) and aquatic invasive weeds.

The move expands SePRO’s digital strategy with an additional diagnostic capability, following the earlier acquisitions of Green Eyes LLC and Arietta.ai. Together, these strategic transactions underscore SePRO’s commitment to integrating advanced technologies while maintaining its foundation in applied science and field expertise.
