Software suggestions for real time weather data, for irrigation advisories.

Hello I am Pradhnya Ghag, I am working in WOTR (watershed organization trust, Pune). In the context of weather variation we are trying to give real weather conditions based irrigation advisories at plot level to the farmers in order to reduce the risk of crop failure. We used cropWAT software to do the same, but the software does not take the real time weather data and give irrigation schedules based on the last years data. Can anybody suggest any other software for more accuracy? Or what changes can be made in cropWAT so that it directly takes data from Agro metrological weather stations?
