STW Water And Dutch Company Salttech Execute Water Desalination Technology Licensing For U.S.

STW Resources Holding Corp (OTC QB: STWS) today announced an exclusive licensing agreement for the United States to deploy Netherlands-based Salttech's advanced, green technology water desalination processing technology.

STW said Salttech's DyVaR process is the next generation of sustainable "green technology" for water processing. It does not use chemicals and is a zero liquid discharge process. Through this agreement, Salttech will take advantage of STW's long-standing oil industry relationships and existing oilfield services business.

STW said it is now the exclusive licensed technology integrator and manufacturer in the United States to deploy Salttech's proven desalination process. The Salttech technology allows STW to process any type of salt water on an economical basis.

STW CEO Stanley Weiner said the STW/Salttech teams are currently working with oil producers to reclaim produced and frac flowback water for reuse in drilling and fracking operations, preserving fresh water resources. Additionally the companies are providing clean drinking water for "man-camps" in the oilfields. He added that STW is now working with several municipalities to provide fresh drinking water from brackish water sources.

He noted that STW is in the final stages of contracting multiple cities and companies to deploy Salttech's environmentally conscious technology.

Weiner said that Salttech's proprietary technology is recognized as a groundbreaking technology for treatment of saline liquids leading to high capacity treatment systems and zero liquid discharge solutions for a wide variety of applications. Its technology does not use chemicals or membranes and operates at minimum cost with maximum efficiency producing customer specific products out of saline waste or process streams. No pretreatment, 24/7 operation and full automation allow remote operation without intensive operator attention.

Salttech's technology is based on nature itself, combining multiple natural phenomena into one technology thus creating systems that fit a wide variety of applications. Its versatility and ease of operation allow desalination, hardness removal AND Zero Liquid Discharge all in one system.

Weiner said, "We have been searching for a technology like this for years. We will finally be able to offer an economically feasible solution to the major need for desalination for not only the oil and gas industry but also municipalities and other industrial uses. The technology also allows us to process seawater without the need to discharge large amounts of salt concentrate back into our oceans. Needless to say, I am overly pleased to introduce Salttech to the U.S."

Gerard Schouten, CEO of Salttech, said, "We have proven the efficiency of our technology, both technically and economically, in various industries in Europe and now are ready to enter the huge U.S market with STW as technology integrator and Partner."

About STW Resources Holding Corp.

STW Resources Holdings Corp. consults and provides customized water analysis, reclamation and remediation services to a variety of complex oil and gas produced and flowback water, brackish water, industrial, and municipal applications throughout several geographic locations. As an independent solutions provider, STW utilizes proven technologies from various well-known manufacturers. These technologies are available as fixed or mobile units with varying capabilities. STW's process ensures that the most effective and efficient technologies are implemented. Current potential project locations include the Eagle Ford Shale (TX), the west Texas Delaware and Permian Basins (TX), and eastern New Mexico. STW is also involved in the oilfield dirt construction business providing roads, pits, locations, and water pond construction. It also offers evaporation covers for the elimination of evaporation on frack ponds used throughout the oilfield. Evaporation causes the operators millions of dollars in losses annually. Covering the ponds is a conservational and economic method of preserving one of our natural resources and can be floated on to existing ponds or installed during construction. It also eliminates algae growth, doubles as a bird net, and reduces erosion of pond infrastructure. High quality liners with fusion-welded seams, quality control testing including air tests of seams and destruction testing are also standard. STW Energy, a subsidiary of STW Holding Corp, offers a turnkey rig washing service and STW Holdings offers the ability and technology to process drilling waste fluids, tank bottoms, and oil based cuttings that will completely eliminate any potential future liabilities (Cradle-to-Grave) to the operators after they dispose of them. STW services include roustabout services for several major oil and gas producers too. STW's Pipeline Maintenance & Construction division aids oil & gas companies in connecting new wells so the oil & gas can be sold to market and helps maintain the integrity of their existing pipeline infrastructure.
