Where does water in our homes come from and how is it treated? What happens to water after it goes down the drain? This is the story of water in Montana.
Jeff Ashley is a senior engineer at Morrison-Maierle in Helena and has been working there since 2004. His engineering career spans 20 years, with a specialization in drinking water treatment and wastewater (sewage) treatment. He is a registered professional engineer in Montana, Idaho, Washington, Minnesota, Wyoming, and New Mexico. He holds a Bachelor's of Science and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Jeff has given dozens of technical presentations, primarily at local Montana engineering conferences. He also presented several times at regional and national professional conferences.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
