Already almost 50 years ago (under JFKennedy) a final solution against CA drought problems was proposed : NAWAPA worked aout by Parsons and the transition solution using nuclear desalinators. Yet, as science in the USA was thrown to the basket and all culture as well, today's CA drought troubles were re-programmed. Pitty !!. Just for now,to overcome the problem, why not reintroducing the solution of desalination by floating nuclear reactors ??
