Dear Abhi thanks for reminding us some of the points presented at UN Water 2023 conference by the Global Commission of the Economics of Water and in its last report : Turning the tide, a call to collective action. If we do what we did (not applying the recommendations above) we will get what we got... We should learn (fast) from past failures. Time to rethink how we approach the economics and governance of water. Time for adaptive leaders to show up !
