The main challenging is how to support water for the community, basically water need for the community people, I think they are waiting affordable tax for safe water, to provide safe water in each household, all utilities have to take serious concern and government has to take lead role for decision making. Every utilities either Detroit and GLWA or KWA first has to discuss seriously, make decision think the need for the community. The problem I noticed here is the issue of Management, for this government has make decision and better to promote Private sectors but has to clearly monitor and supervision to their activities which may support for the communities and has to develop fair market for all.
