First we had a lot of discussion in the community on the "water-energy nexus," which is still going on, but has remained woefully ignorant of the rest of the "true nexus." Then we began to see some indication of the "water-energy-food nexus," which is a step in the right direction for the conversation, and which Mr. Mroz discusses here in relation to the security of nations. Let's move right on to discussion of a "water-energy-agriculture-security nexus," which would get really close to the "true nexus" in scope and complexity...
