This is more of a question of right to live a dignified life. In the Indian context the new government is in place, there is a lot of talk about quick, pro industry decisions, loosening of red tape etc. resulting in the high growth in infrastructure sector. While everyone is talking about infrastructure growth at macro level we hope the government also acts on having the basic infrastructure in place on priority.
