An excellent initiative from the Dutch Government, as usual in this field keeping the lead, initiative and take responsibility as a Government towards their inhabitants to live and sustain. Is in fact an good example to follow by many delta areas, regions and countries in the world. We call it Water Management based on facts and reality, for the Dutch is it a must to sustain and survive, it is "Act or Disconnect" and suffer the consequences.
