We should never forget that a few years ago people at the East coast of the USA ate "healthy spinach" packed by unwashed hands in California. E-coli - the smallest amount of fecal matter can lead to huge health problems and a Cholera outbreak (Accra, my second home of choice, is now Cholera endemic) But we are about to make a difference to deal with mosquito larva & waterborne diseases.
