Using worms to purify dairy wastewater at Fresno State

Hundreds of thousands worms in sawdust and wood chips are used in a large bio filtration device are used in a pilot program by Bio Filtro, a Chilean company in a process to clean dairy wastewater at Fresno State's Water, Energy and Technology Center (WET).
