Many thanks, your number of people without access to safe toilet at home (4.5 bn) is bigger than UN's estimations (2.3 bn) of people without access to sanitation. From my experience your number is more realistic than UN number and criteria for access to dignity and safety. How did you reach that number (methodology used)?
