yes, accelerated glacial melting is of course expected to increase river flows - until the glaciers are gone. However it would be good to mention how will seasonality of flow be affected. Will the increased annual yield be skewed more towards wet season flows ? Longer dry seasons ? As regards increased precipitation, it would be good to indicate the uncertainty in precip forecasts -= unlike temperature, GCMs have massive uncertainty regarding precip with very little agreement amongst models.
