Well written article and one can immediately see the link between the two states, however, despite the technological advances, Israel is not a good example of water management. Gaza relies on groundwater which is insufficient for its needs and gets no support from its neighbor which has consistently reduced the level in Lake Tiberius resulting in the effective destruction of The Dead Sea.
