Water is undoubtedly scarce but we are not doing enough to use it wisely and avoid wasting it.

I have several innovations related with desalination and irrigation in semi dry areas to prevent soil erosion, and nobody takes care, neither Top US Universities or Government areas including UN.
If you are out of their rules or approved budgets or protocols, nobody paid attention.

A Time for Change - System Change: Draining the Land of scarce water, only to waste to Nature's Waterways to damage & destroy Life-essential ecosystems is illogical. Ending Marine Pollution not only helps to arrest Plastic transference into marine environments, but is a necessary Climate Action: Returning "fit-for-purpose" water to land for horticulture preserves Nature's water cycle and combats Climate Change. Onshore ecosystems are robustly efficient for water recycling, while Offshore ecosystems are not! Visit www.baleen.com & www.twitter.com/ObstYuri for background information.
