NO ONE NEEDS TO BE LEFT BEHIND, affordable technology is here, a bit of political will and honesty is all that's needed. Not Just in the Philippines. Change has come, time to move on from traditional linear engineering approach with central political control, to individual or co-operative local control. We also provide rural and Island areas with a safe drinking water supply or stop gap emergency supply.
