I suppose this would be need if we were on Mars or an asteroid. But here on Earth  we certainly do not have a fresh water shortage.  A really big difference between being short and just scare tactics. Despite all of the actions designed to  cause fresh water to move away from populated areas nature will correct mans manipulating its self repair system.  No global warming, no climate change caused by man.  The same amount of water that was here a million years ago is still here now. Using water and then cleaning it for reuse is a very safe and economical way of using, not abusing that which has been given. The infrastructure to get use, create waste flush, send out to sea is a profiteering platform encouraged by those receiving the profit.   To error is human, to really mess things up requires another UN organization.  "WORD"
