Dear Government of UAE,
Really I feel very sorry for you, as you could have a very handy plant desalinating sea water referring to Room Temperature Evaporation (not Reverse Osmosis) providing 10 million gallons a day for only 30 million dollars. I really do wonder, as I am totally unable to understanding on what ground you are insisting to waste your money.
