Wonderwater Cafe: How much water do we eat?

"Wonderwater Café is a pop-up event exploring the relationship between food and water consumption. Designed to raise awareness of the water footprint, it aims to make us think about the impact of what we eat on local and global water use.
The first Wonderwater Café took place in Beijing Design Week 2011. Wonderwater Café Kiasma, opened 22 May at Café Kiasma in the Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Arts and will run until 16 September. Wonderwater Café London will run from 12 - 23 September, during London Design Festival, at Leila's Shop in Shoreditch. More Wonderwater Café's are currently being planned, including Wonderwater Cafe Shanghai."
