Thank you Cecilia; You have confirmed my hypothesis on the man mismanaged eco system in South Africa. You certainly have crystalized the primary factors. I do have one observation you may want to consider. The government officials from national to the Mayors are all corrupt and highly uneducated. Unfortunately most of the countries in Africa suffer from the same social disorder. With the assistance of Dr Oppenheimer (world leader in microbiology and Father of the cutting edge technology called Bioremediation), a sustainable eco system template has been developed for such situations. After review of the degree of difficulty existing on the Africa continent a reverse desertification component was added to the template. I design many such individual systems. This springs from my designing 100% closed ecosystems. The Earth is a bit bigger than most of my contracts. But I am still working on it. Would enjoy speaking with you on this matter.
