On point 6 I would like to know if the World Bank could start their procurements (not only for Procuring Infrastructure Public-Private Partnerships PPPs) via the W2AREX® transparent platform http://www.pranasustainablewater.ch/en/index.php  focussing on the 80% wastewater remaining untreated globally.  The W2AREX commoditising treated wastewater capacities helps to increase the funding for wastewater infrastructures generating water, energy, fertilisers, bio-cements... and to monetise valorised wastewater by sharing the profits of wastewater valuing amongst the market participants. This is possible because of:  More and more technologies enable wastewater valorisation into various by-products Some consumptions ending in smart metered wastewater can generate revenues via wastewater transformation  Reverse architecture of supply & sale chain: productions planned according to requests of end consumers of products/services payable from wastewater valorisation, productions done to enable wastewater valorisations The impacts could be:  W2AREX® Environmental impact  Utilities can be carbon negative. 330 km3 of municipal wastewater is produced globally each year =enough to irrigate 40 million hectares - equivalent to 15 per cent of all currently irrigated land - or to power 130 million households through biogas generation (UNEP). Storm-water, run-off, industrial effluents, …etc are also wastewater so impact can be larger.  Wastewater utilities can be carbon negative mitigating methane and reducing global warming.
