Still an error of the countries very developed. one finds solutions which do not solve the problem but in created others. once a COMPANY was established and consumes énrtomément to make profitable its infrastructures it is difficult for that Ci to go into reverse reverse running. the world left in overconsumption it is what makes function and the civil society but as the adminsitration of the country and here now as one asks him to stop to reduce to make a flashback.
