Position Summary
The Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for the Business Development and Related Activities that expand ClearCove’s presence; driving growth in the Industrial-Food and Beverage Water/Wastewater Treatment Industries. This position is accountable for achieving revenue and gross margin dollar goals for ClearCove’s client segment.
Responsibilities
Identifying and connecting with prospective customers, following-up on inbound leads, working with channel partners, and developing consultative client-relationships in the water and wastewater space. This position facilitates the proposal process, coordinates internal and external resources, prepares budgets and pricing, and is responsible for the contract negotiations.
Other responsibilities include working with application engineering to evaluate opportunities, developing process flow diagrams, reviewing cost/benefit analysis and lifecycle analysis, and helping determine the best optimization for our clients’ needs. Participating in project management activities specific to client opportunities, customer training and presentations, and attending trade shows is needed. This role is largely client-facing with travel.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or an Environmental based degree is preferred
5 - 10 years of sales experience
Knowledge of water chemistry, (membrane) filtration and/ or (biological) water/wastewater treatment
Excellent organizational skills
Team Player
Enjoy people. Trusted relationships developed with clients
Willing to travel 25% minimum. Valid US driver’s license
Track record of successful sales experience with increasing sales/client base
Excellent command of the English language

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Inside office environment, outside field environment. Travel 25% minimum.
