The vision of Blue Revolution will further link and encourage the culture and traditions of peace in order to focus on the peaceful process of conflict resolution between the nations on the issue of water and food security. Further, there should be a transparent system of accountability and human rights, where everybody should have free and fair access to all means and resources of livelihood. It is apparently clear that implementation of Blue Revolution idea requires participation of everybody; all stake-holders to act together aiming at Five P's I.e;

1- PLANNING NEW STRATEGIE. 2- POLITICAL WILL. 3- PROMOTION OF INNOVATIVE IDEAS. 4- PRACTICAL STEP. 5- PARTNERSHIPS .
