Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD) - Operation issue

Hello,
we are using ATFD in our ZLD plant. Feed flow rate of the ATFD is 1.5 m3/hr. we are facing ATFD rotor blade chocking issue very often, we used to do CIP with 2 to 3% nitric acid, most of the time we used to clean the rotor by taking rotor out manually. but removing such a big rotor out and doing manual cleaning is very difficult and time consuming. could any one help me to solve the issue?
