An expert on Water Deionization to start up a system of 70 m3/h.

Dear All,
We are involved in the installation of water treatment equipment and this is the first time we are going to start a 70 m3/hr dealkalizer followed by a 30 me/h deionizer. We would like to count with the support of a good professional in the field to help us start up this system. Anyone interested please answer to this post. We are located in Quito, Ecuador, South America.
