Born in the desert architecture that produces water and energy

Errachidia, Morocco. Approved the project by Pietro Laureano of an architecture in the desert that produces water and energy. It will be the echo museum of the khettaras, the ancient techniques of water captation for the Oases. It is realized in south eastern region of Morocco Fezna Tafilalelt (Errachidia). The architecture will be implemented in earth and stone and will be completely self-sufficient in energy and water.

Good project, wondering if the same techniques can be applied in semi-arid regions of Zimbabwe, where access to water is a challenge.
