Dear Colleagues,

We cordially invite you to attend the Danube - Black Sea WATER Forum , comprising a broad area of events focused on efficient water management, from workshops to conference and exhibition , organized by the Romanian Water Association supported by IWA , during 10 - 12 June 2013.

Conference attendees & exhibitors will have the unique opportunity to meet water utilities and officials from Romania who are looking for new efficient solutions in water management across the country. There will also be a sizeable presence of officials from the Danube - Black Sea region, from EU, IFIs, academic area, consultants, suppliers and executive delegates of the water utilities.

These events will showcase the technical and managerial performances of the water sector in the region and will be focused on:

* Scientific and Technical Conference: "Water Services vs. Energy Challenges";

* International Workshops: "Financing vs. Affordability", "Benchmarking vs. Regionalization of water utilities", "National regulation vs. Acquis communautaire";

* Seminars: "Opportunities in the new programming cycle 2014 - 2020";

* "Industry Forum", "Challenge on Wetskills Innovation", "Contest on Water Leak Detection"

International specialized exhibition on equipments and technologies for water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment.

This water forum will host approximately 1,500 water professionals from Romania and abroad who will be engaged in a high level dialogue directed towards broadband development in the region, while discussing the challenges and opportunities arising from efficient water management. In the 15th anniversary edition of the specialized exhibition - EXPO APA 2013, equipment and technology suppliers will meet face to face with providers of water supply and sanitation services and can thus effectively promote their latest products.
