If there is way to feed old river beds with fresh water in extrem arid climates / deserts.
To which costs per 100m3/sec, 500m3/s or 1000m3/s a project would be acceptable?
I'm working on a concept and need data and any kind of input e.g. Studies, concept, papers etc
