Guided Wave Radar Level Sensor

Recovering waste oil in the recycling industry is a process with many stages. In the dewatering column the waste oil is separated from water and other elements that when heated to +105°C, boil away in the lower part of the column. The heat causes the water to evaporate off.

Pipes transport the oil through to the upper part of the dewatering column when the optimum temperature has been reached and any excess water has vaporised. It is essential to be able to accurately control the level in the dewatering column. There is a solution you can see at -http://www.heattracing.co.uk/blog/article/guided-wave-radar-level-sensor-for-use-in-the-recycling-industry#!
