  1. The problem lies inside our conception of developpment. During a long time, country dweller served city dweller providing them with food fibre and other product coming from ecosystem services. Now city are producing a lot of duties that could be recycled by rural population with an adapted technology and by changing some bad habits. http://www.nku.edu/~longa/haiti/kids/feces_value.html Waste, waste water could be very useful for agriculture, aquaculture, fibre production and livestock nutrition. We just need to stop using pollutants in the city. This the first point/ finding a new way of exchange between cities and their neighbourhoods. This is the first step of an industrial ecology adapted to ecosystem service conservation or enhancement. Beginning circular economy is easier by this way I think.
