Go to http://usnc.water.tallyfox.com to join this new cluster. Three active programs operate out of UNESCO-IHE, The Institute for Water Education, in Delft. The USNC Professional Program brings delegates to the Netherlands to explore Dutch expertise in water infrastructure, especially as it relates to adaptation and resilience. The UNESCO-IHE Florida Program brings the Hydroinformatics program at UNESCO-IHE to the United States to study the models created by South Florida Water Management District, US Geological Survey, National Park Service and USFWS around the Everglades. The Comparative Water Law Course brings law students from several universities to Delft to study the similarities and differences between US water law and European Union water law.
