IWRM does not necessarily exhaust all issues for water resource management but once implemented it can highly be beneficial and lead to great water resource sustainability. In fact I highly feel IWRM is an excellent tool when is fully implemented and handled with care. I can happily say that IWRM is 99.9% a blue print
