Problem in MBBR aeration process

Dear All ,

I am having a doubt in MBBR aeration process.If temperature is very low say at - 5 to 10 degree ,will the system work on this temperature ? Will the bacteriagrowth on this temperature? if not then what is solution for low temperature condition
