salvation a water stress nation

Kenya is among those countries in the subsaharan region that have been endowered with a vast array of natural resources yet its population has to suffer from hunger, water shortages and most of all population increase. i would like to know how can we as a network have propositions to this growing and most beautiful country, how can they save the population from the suffering , lets share and learn from each other
