Sanitation and water is said to be the basic right. But read this news saying,Crab Town slum community is located in the Aberdeen creek off Lumley beach with an estimated population of Five Thousand (5,000) with most of them coming from the provinces, since end of the country's rebel war in 2002. The slum community is congested with people mostly women and children and other domestic animals who compete for space with human beings on a daily basis, as life down there is perfect for them, while the health ministry says it is unhealthy.
