Waters of the US

Published on by

Welcome to your weekly flow on US federal water policy!  I work for Signal Water, a public affairs firm in DC that focuses on water agencies and utilities. I'll be using this space to provide updates and promote dialogue as debates over the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act, the 2022 Water Resources Development Act, and an updated WOTUS definition.

  1. The White House released an official guidebook on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law yesterday! It is designed to help local, state, Tribal, and territorial governments fully utilize the $1.2 trillion in funds unlocked by the landmark legislation. $50 billion of those funds will go to the EPA to "improve our nation’s drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure (which is) the single largest investment in water that the federal government has ever made." Check out the guidebook below!!

  2. Hello and you may be able to help us bring a dewatering process to market. Ready to go, self contained, sized to site needs, save labor/operational/energy costs. Need to get a client or so to develop a resume. All micro particles and a large flow rate
