What a way to start the New Year! With the official launch today of the new Florida Earth Community on The Water Network, we enter into a new phase of Florida Earth's work. This site will add value to our programs with many features that will augment and leverage the both international and domestic efforts that Florida Earth does. From our US-Netherlands Connection's Professional Program (USNC Pro) to our work in Florida on providing a knowledge base to help decision making, Florida Earth seeks to provide tools and events that bring people together to solve water challlenges. We are also formally announcing our Florida Earth Young Scholars Program. Take a look and meet Kelly Heber Dunning from MIT and Anne Siders from Stanford. On another subject, we are already assembling a stellar team for USNC Pro that will be in the Netherlands May 9-13, 2016. We have an emphasis this year on using data for decision making and will be working closely with the Dutch Digital Delta Initiative. See the link to join that team! Happy New Year!
