Forgive some of the mistakes in my last posting . I am sending this on a smart phone sitting along a river in SC. I just think we need to plan for the effects of global warming the largest of which Will be an increase in water resources. How can we plan for any positive effects of global warming?
I would like to foster a discussion on global warming and its effect on water resources whether on melting polar ice caps or planning for larger water volume inmay be a small upside to this pending environmental global warming change that seems to inevitable. Prior planning may make it possible to garner some positive effects out of a seemingly environmentally negative event. existing rivers and streams. Consider a series of reservoirs and pipelines to deviate some of this surplus of water to regions that need this water. Planning for
