7th International Symposium on Environmental Hydraulics

The ISEH VII is sponsored by the International Association of Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR). The successful event had been held previously in Hong Kong, China (1991, 1998, 2004), Tempe, Arizona, USA (2001, 2007), and Athens, Greece (2010). In 2014, it will be the first time that ISEH is held in Singapore. From past experience, the Symposium has attracted the attendance of international delegates including scientists, engineers and researchers who share a common interest in environmental hydraulics , and provides a forum to promote scientific advancement, technological progress, information exchange, and cooperation among engineers and researchers in the related fields.
The field of environmental hydraulics has expanded rapidly in the last decade due to the increasing concern and awareness of the human impact on water environment . Expanding together with the field is the technical knowledge involved. Significant advances have been made recently in all experimental, theoretical, as well as numerical aspects of environmental hydraulics.
ISEH VII aims at drawing contributions of these advanced original research and latest applications of theoretical or numerical tools in the field of environmental hydraulics. It will also be a platform for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and fostering further research.
