9:30-9:45 Seminole Tribe of Florida official welcome
- Location: Meet at Museum for Tribal representative welcoming
- Logistics: THPO will coordinate with Tribal Council and set up
9:45-10:00 Sensitivity overview
- Location: On the bus traveling to Swamp Safari
- Logistics: THPO will give a brief overview of cultural sensitivity to guide the UNESCO group throughout the day
10:00-12:30 Swamp Safari Tour
- Location: Swamp Safari
- Logistics: LLW will coordinate setting up an alligator wrestling demonstration, air boat tour, and swamp buggy tour
12:30-12:45 Swamp Safari Walk About
- Location: Swamp Safari
- Logistics: UNESCO instructors will supervise students walking around the Swamp Safari to view the critter exhibits (the students are looking forward to seeing the panther) and visit the gift shop
12:45-1:00 Travel back for lunch
- Location: picnic area behind Museum
- Logistics: LLW will assist THPO setting up picnic area for lunch
1:00-1:45 Lunch and Learn
- Location: picnic area behind Museum
- Logistics: (1) UNESCO will determine in advance any special diets (religious or otherwise) that need to be accommodated; (2) LLW will coordinate with the Swamp Safari to cater a more traditional lunch for the students; and (3) LLW will coordinate with Stacy Myers about giving a presentation on the Critical Projects
1:45-2:00 Clean up after Lunch
2:00-3:30 Museum Tour and Boardwalk Excursion
- Location: Museum
- Logistics: THPO will provide a tour of the Seminole Tribe Museum and boardwalk
3:30-4:15 Tribal Governance Lecture
- Location: Museum area
- Logistics: THPO will coordinate with Tribal leadership on a person to give this lecture
4:15-4:30 Load up the bus and head back
